THIS, CUT MAY BE MADE AT A DISTANCE OF 25, 50 OR 75 MM MEASURED FROM THE LATERAL EDGE OF THE RIBEYE (M. LONGISSIMUS DORSI) DEPENDING 0N SPECIFICATIONS.
